A relevant 3 year tertiary certification or equivalent qualification. Minimum of three years’ experience in Public Administration. Proven training and experience as a Job Evaluation Analyst.
Assist with the development of organisational structures and post establishment within the department. Supervise the rendering of a job evaluation function. Assist with the compilation of HR Plans and HR Implementation Reports.
