SALARY                 : R173 703.00 per annum

The successful candidates will be required to sign performance agreements.

Requirements

REQUIREMENTS:

Grade 12 with Secretarial Diploma or equivalent qualification. A minimum of 0-2 years’ experience as a Secretary / Personal Assistant.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

It is essential for the applicants to have the following skills and competencies:

Office administration skills; Computer literacy; Good interpersonal communication and writing skills; Ability to prioritise and deal with confidential matters; Knowledge of minute taking; Drafting of agenda & distribution of agenda minutes; Performing administrative tasks in accordance with regulatory framework relating to general office administration; Understanding of ethical standards & MISS (confidentiality, security clearance); Self-Management and motivation; Computer skills; Problem solving skills; Report writing skills; Planning & organizing skills; Communication (written & verbal).

Duties

JOB PURPOSE

To render a secretarial and administrative support service to the Senior Manager.

JOB FUNCTIONS: The successful candidates will be responsible for:

  1. To provide secretarial and administrative support to the respective Senior Managers.
  2. Effective management of meetings.
  3. Effective operation of office equipment.
  4. Maintain an effective filling system within the office of the Senior Manager.
