The MEC for Health in province, Mr Mxolisi Sokatsha in collaboration with the South-African National Council for the Blind, it’s agency the Bureau for the Prevention of Blindness division and VODACOM, would like to invite you to the Commemoration of Annual World Sight Day on 12 October 2011 as part of October Eye Care Awareness month in the Frances Baard District in the Northern Cape Province.

During the month of October the global attention is focused on blindness and vision impairment and World Sight Day will be commemorated in 2011 under the theme: “Delivering eye care to the communities”
