7th annual Northern Cape Writers Festival PDF Print E-mail

Northern Cape authors and poets will once again converge in different platforms to share their writing skills and expertise during the 7th Northern Cape Writers Festival. The 2016 festival will be held in all five districts of the province from Friday, 19 February 2016. It will be celebrated under a theme “Celebrating Democracy” with the first event to be held at Hartswater in Phokwane Municipal area on Friday and Saturday 19 and 20 February 2016.

The Northern Cape Department of Sport, Arts and Culture together with the National Department of Arts and Culture and the National Institute Community Development and Management, NICDAM will be hosting Community Conversations on Social Cohesion. The conversations will be held on Thursday, 03 August 2017 at the Orania enclave in the Pixley ka Seme District at 12h00. They will also be held at the Sol Plaatje University in the Frances Baard District on Friday, 04 August 2017.
