Seamstress training for all targeted groups was undertaken in the Frances Baard District, through a two- legged approach, were they got trained in manufacturing clothing items, dress, shirt, skirts and trousers as well masks. The follow-up was on enhancing their productivity with another week training using industrial machines, with a commitment to shift them into the formal sector and support the ten candidates with sewing industrial machines during Women’s month commemoration.
