To manage and facilitate the provisioning of Human Resource Management Services.
Functions
- Provide human resource administration services.
- Manage and facilitated the provisioning of labour relation services.
- Manage the coordination of HR utilisation and development programmes.
- Facilitate and develop organizational structures aligned to the HR and strategic plans of the department.
- Coordinate and facilitate the provision of departmental employee wellness and programmes.
