Bio

Initiator and lead management role over 23 years in the establishment and operationalization of regional and continental programmes. Mike is a senior manager at the Wildlife and Environment Society of South Africa (WESSA) with Programme Manager responsibilities for the Sustainable Tourism’s Green Coast Programme, and species conservation through the Pangolin Programme. Experience includes ecological management, youth development, environmental education, and development tourism. Mike works across diverse corporate, government, and community working contexts, including high-profile African and European engagements and cross-border initiatives with multi-cultural collaborators.
