ACTING CHIEF DIRECTOR: MARITIME INFRASTRUCTURE AND INDUSTRY DEVELOPMENT
ORGANISATION: NATIONAL DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORT
Started working for the National Government in July 2023 as Director Oceans Economic Development. Prior to that worked for the State-Owned Enterprise (SOE) Transnet for over 20 years.
• Extensive career spanning over in Marine Operations and Port Operations at Senior Management level.
• Responsible for human capital planning & development, managed marine fleet maintenance and renewal program and execution of infrastructure program with minimal interruption to operations. Stakeholder engagement and problem solving.
