Minister Mthethwa to Officially Open and Hand Over Theater in Kimberley, Northern Cape

The Department of Sport, Arts and Culture Minister, Nathi Mthethwa, in collaboration with the Northern Cape Provincial Government, invites members of the media to the opening and official handover of the Northern Cape Theatre as part of the Department’s Economic Recovery and Reconstruction Plan. The occasion will take place on Wednesday, 15 December 2021 in Kimberly, Northern Cape Province.

Accompanied by the Northern Cape Premier, Dr Zamani Saul and the Provincial MEC for Sport, Arts and Culture, Ms Desery Fienies, Minister Mthethwa will also unveil the plaque.
The programme of the day includes a short play to showcase the talents and abilities of local practitioners, as well as the functionality of the new theatre.
