In this country, June is the month of the youth. It is the month in which the youth of this country changed the course of history in that fateful protest against apartheid education on June 16, 1976.
As part of celebrating and honouring the youth who played a fundamental role in the fight for equal education , the MEC for Social Development Mr. Alvin Botes will be conducting a memorial lecture on the life of Inashe Harry Moshoeu at the Retsweletse Community Hall, Mataleng, Barkly West on Saturday 16 June 2012.
The programme will unfold with the unveiling of a Tombstone for the late Harry Moshoeu and thereafter the Memorial lecture will be conducted.
