It is with great excitement that the Premier of the Northern Cape, Ms Sylvia Lucas, wishes to congratulate Ms. Tholwana Mohale from Steinkopf in the Namakwa District for winning The SA got talent show 2014.

This fourteen year old entered the competition with thousands of hopefuls from around the country and she managed to garner the most support from votes by the public.

This achievement consolidates the view that the most precious resource of the Northern Cape is her people. Ms Lucas is hopeful that other talented individuals from the Province will emulate the courage of this young girl and express their potential on a national stage.

Congratulations to the people of Nama Khoi and the Namakwa District but most of all to the close family and friends of Tholwana for believing in her and encouraging her to pursue her dream.  

Tholwana is a true ambassador for the Province and she is wished well in her future endeavors.
