With less than two weeks until the 20 March 2025 deadline to replace SASSA Gold Cards with Postbank Black Cards, the Northern Cape Region is intensifying efforts to assist beneficiaries.

SASSA has enhanced communication efforts, with officials working beyond regular hours, including weekends, and rolled special outreach programmes across the Northern Cape.

Several outreaches have already been held, with the following additional sessions still scheduled:

Saturday, 8 March 2025: SASSA office on Corless Road (Frances Baard).
Tuesday, 11 March 2025: Strydenburg Community Hall (Pixley Ka Seme).
Thursday, 13 March 2025: Bankhara Bodulong Village in Kuruman (John Taolo Gaetsewe).
Saturday, 15 March 2025: SASSA Roodepan Local Office (Frances Baard).
Monday, 17 March 2025: Loxton Community Hall (Pixley Ka Seme).

Beneficiaries are urged to bring their valid ID or temporary ID to these outreaches for a smooth and free card transition process.
