The Hull Street Social Housing Project, which resumed in January 2025, following the appointment of Moago Construction in November 2024, the project is moving ahead steadily.

This ambitious development is set to deliver 372 social housing units. As of June, 144 units have been completed, marking a strong push toward the project's goals.

Key construction milestones:
* Brickwork is nearing completion, with just 4 (four) of the 17 (seventeen) blocks remaining.
* Roofing, door replacements, and tiling are currently in progress across multiple units.

In addition to physical progress, the project continues to contribute positively to the local economy. 48 local laborers have been employed on a contract basis, enhancing job creation and community involvement.

The project remains on track for completion by October 2025, in alignment with our commitment to sustainable development and housing delivery.
