The Premier, Dr. Zamani Saul, led the second Quarterly Audit Ratification engagement. The quarterly engagements are attended by Members of the Executive Council, Heads of Departments, CEOs of Government entities and officials from the Office of the Auditor General.

These engagements are convened in line with Provincial Governments quest of ensuring that it enhances sound financial management, maintains clean and good governance as well as improve service delivery to our communities.

This 7th Administration has set itself a target of achieving 100% clean audits by the end of its term, building on the 8 clean audits out of 13 auditees in the 6th Administration. These outcomes placed the Northern Cape as third in the country, in-terms of clean audits.

Government remains committed to continue with its efforts and plans to improve the Provincial and Local Government audit outcomes.
