Africa Day was celebrated all over the continent under the theme "Accelerating Youth Empowerment for Sustainable Development". The Premier of the Northern Cape, Mrs Hazel Jenkins took the opportunity to convey Government's best wishes to all Africans and urged the people of the Northern Cape to also join other Africans in working together for the further development of the African Continent and the advancement of Africans wherever they may be.
