ATTENTION ALL PROSPECTIVE STUDENTS
The Mining Qualifications Authority is offering 90 bursaries for students from the Northern Cape intending to study full time at a South African University, University of Technology or Technical Vocational and Education and Training College (TVET) in the following mining related disciplines:

| Electrical Engineering (Heavy Current only) | Rigger |

| Jewellery Design and Manufacturing |
Special preference will be given to applicants intending to study:
- Environmental Health and Management
- Analytical Chemistry
- Rock engineering
The BANKSETA is awarding 50 bursaries to students from the Northern Cape that will commence their studies in 2015. These Merit Bursaries cover study in the fields of:
- Actuarial Science (Accounting)
- Bachelor of Science (IT)
- Bachelor of Commerce (IT) and
- Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting)
Learners intending to apply must have been accepted at a tertiary centre
