Every month Vodacom Millionaires donates a computer centre to four (4) public schools in South Africa’s most poverty stricken rural areas. Each centre comprises of 20 laptop computers, a server, a printer, and educational software.
Vodacom has in the recent months undergone one of South Africa’s biggest brand makeover. As part of this remake Vodacom is giving more power to their loyal customers during the month of May.
Today, Vodacom Millionaires officially launched four (4) computer centres in the Northern Cape Province.
The launch took place at Paballelo High School near Upington. Other proud beneficiaries are Francios Visser Primary School, Lukhanyiso Primary School and Pitso Jantjie Secondary School all in the Northern Cape.
Educators, learners and parents were very excited about the computer centre, thanking Vodacom Millionaires for bringing technology to the Northern Cape.

“Today is the first time ever that we giving these schools four (4) brand new WebBoxes each complete with 32inch LCD screens and free data to aid educators to make teaching more innovative.”
“Vodacom remains committed to responsible environmental practices and we will be planting five (5) indigenous trees at every school to offset the carbon footprint of the computers we donating to the schools.”
