The Honourable Acting Premier, Ms Grizelda Cjikella and the Honourable MEC for Health in province, Mr Mxolisi Sokatsha, would like to take this opportunity to invite all media to the official opening of the newly refurbished TB Unit at the West-End Hospital in Kimberley.

The newly refurbished TB unit is a response to government’s Ten point Plan for the Health sector under point 6- Revitalization of infrastructure. The opening of the unit is evidence of how Public-Private Partnership is key to ensure government and the private sector work together to provide improved quality health service and conducive environments to address health service delivery challenges.

The Honourable Premier and MEC for Health will be accompanied by Members of the Executive Council, Executive Mayors of Frances Baard District Municipality and Sol Plaatje Municipality, Councilors, Representatives of the Global Fund, CSIR, West-End Hospital Board members and staff, Department of Health officials etc.
