HOW TO APPLY 

1. Online Form

You can find the link to the form on the right side of this webpage.
- Click on the provided link to access the online form. This link will open the form in a new window
- Once on the online form page, carefully read the instructions and guidelines before proceeding.
- Fill out the required information in the online form. The form has nine sections to complete
- Double-check your entries to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Submit the online form electronically. Click on it to finalize your submission.
- After submitting, you will receive an automated confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your application.

It's a good practice to save your requested supporting documentation with your ID Number and a clear indication that they are your supporting documents (e.g., "YourID_IDDocument.pdf").

 

2. E-mail Application

Download the two applications forms
- Application form
- Business Proposal (Annexure)
These forms are accessible on the right side of this webpage through a downloadable link.
- Save the PDF forms to your device so you can fill them out electronically.
- Open the PDF forms using a compatible PDF reader or editor.
- Complete the required information in the PDF forms. You may need to type in your responses or select options from dropdown menus.
- Ensure that all required fields are filled out accurately.
- Save the filled-out PDF forms with your responses. It's a good practice to save them with your ID Number and a clear indication that they are your application forms (e.g., "YourID_ApplicationForm.pdf").
- Open your email client and create a new email.
- Attach the saved PDF forms to the email. You will be attaching two separate PDF files.

- Visit your local municipality office or relevant location mentioned in the application instructions.
- Inquire about the application forms for the specific program or opportunity you're applying for.
- The office staff might provide you with printed or downloadable forms.
- If they provide printed forms, take them home and carefully read the instructions and guidelines before proceeding.
- Fill out the paper forms with your required information. Use a pen and write legibly to ensure accuracy.
- Once completed, review the forms to make sure you haven't missed any required fields.
- If the forms are downloadable from a provincial website, access the provided URL (http://www.northern-cape.gov.za) using a web browser.
- Locate the relevant application forms on the provincial website. These forms will be found under the Apply section related to applications, grants, or programs.
- Download the forms to your device.
- Print the downloaded forms and fill them out with your required information, following the same instructions as for the printed forms from the local municipality.
- Once your paper application forms are correctly filled out, gather any additional required documents such as identification, certificates, or recommendation letters.

The Minister of Human Settlements, Ms Mmamoloko Kubayi together with the Deputy Minister Ms Pam Tshwete and Premier of the Northern Cape, Dr Zamani Saul, will tomorrow 18th of October 2021, officially hand over the Lerato Park Integrated Housing Development Project to 150 allocated beneficiaries.

The project is located within the jurisdiction of Sol Plaatje Municipality and will deliver a total of 458 Community Residential Units (CRU’s).

Tomorrow’s hand over of some of these rental units is part of government’s efforts to restore the dignity of the indigent people through the delivery of sustainable human settlements. The delegation, led by the Minister will also hand over about 100 Title Deeds in Lerato Park.

This is the second provincial visit to Kimberly in particular, to collaboratively improve performance and unlock delays in delivery. The visit with also culminate in the opening of a temporary nearby clinic to service the community.

The Minister and Premier will be joined by the MEC for COGHSTA, Bentley Vass, and the MEC for Health, Mr Maruping Lekwene as well as the Mayor of Sol Plaatje Municipality, Councillor Patrick Mabilo and other provincial leadership.
